1. Services Provided
We specialize in laser cutting, engraving, and related products, including custom and personalized items. Due to the nature of our work, final products may vary slightly in color, texture, and dimensions based on the materials used and the engraving process.
2. Custom Orders & Design Approval

Proofs: We provide computerized proofs for custom orders after payment is received.

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing and approving all design proofs for spelling, design accuracy, and layout before production begins.

Final Sale: All personalized or custom products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless defective due to our error.
3. Ordering & Payment

We accept payment through our payment platform Stripe.

Payment must be made in full before production begins.

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
4. Turnaround & Shipping

Standard production time is typically 3–7 business days after design approval, unless otherwise stated.

We ship using [USPS/UPS/FedEx depending on weight, size and shipping time.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control.

Ownership and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

Non-Custom Products: May be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging.

Custom Products: Not eligible for return unless defective due to our workmanship.

Reporting Defects: You must notify us of any defects within 7 days of delivery and provide photos.
6. Intellectual Property

All website content, product images, and designs created by Lightning Laser Cuts are our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without our written consent.

By submitting artwork or designs to us, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Our products and services are provided “as-is” without warranties beyond those stated here. We are not responsible for:

Misuse or mishandling of products.

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for your order.
